Shipping Policy



Dear customers! Thank you for showing your interest in us. Your continues trust has made us the number one natural essential oil provider all over the globe. We are committed to providing you the best quality products at very affordable prices with the finest shipping services all over the globe. All our orders are shipped from our main warehouse and we process the orders within 3 working days. Shipping charges depend upon the order weight and we charge you $25/liter, $40/2 liter and $14 for every subsequent liter. we use DHL/FedEx/EMS for international couriers. For orders above 100 ltrs, we will notify the shipping charges as spot rates apply and the same will be notified in the Performa Invoice.

Please note that we reserve the right to change the shipping cost. We will communicate the same to you for your approval before processing the order. Tracking details for your order will be updated in your account once the order is confirmed for processing.


All the products shipped from us are uninsured and if you should require applying for an additional insurance, the same must be notified to us. We do not take any responsibility for any losses, damages or delays occurred.


As per current norms, the customer requires to sign the orders upon receipt.


In a situation, where you wish to redirect your order to an address other than the delivery address mentioned in the order, Please mention the same before Shipment of goods.


You will be provided an invoice in all instances where payment is involved.

Any part or whole of the order, if declared out-of-stock, will be notified to the customer. We will wait for your response for 2 business days before processing the part order. In failure to do so, the order will be shipped as-is. Any amount owed to the customer will be refunded via same mode as the payment made. Please note, out of stock items will not be automatically shipped once the product is back in stock. You will have to place a fresh order and all the other policies apply thereof.

Due to our environmental concerns, we do not offer a paper invoice or slip with the order. The emailed invoice can be used as a proof of transaction.

We will not be held liable for delays caused due to factors beyond our control. Any freight charges or delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
